The Inspiration behind Arvy.fit

Our bodies are designed to move harmoniously and effortlessly. The way that nature intended for us to carry on with our lives is what keeps me inspired every day of my life.
To move the body in ways that feel purposeful, intentional, grounding, and rewarding. Becoming fit or getting into shape does not always mean becoming the biggest and the strongest – but it speaks of shaping the body into a form that suits it the most.
Exploiting all the riches within our vessels and creating the most improved version of ourselves. The inspiration behind every move is to grow and to learn. To go back to the roots of what our nature calls – essentially moving in tune to the energies that surround us.
The passion to build a foundation that remains unbroken at the beckoning of any and every outside element such as pressure, weight, conditions, and in some cases age and sickness.
The body is a temple that should be nurtured and praised as a truly unique mass of might – so that strength and resistance are merely tools of self-preservation.
The inspiration of Arvy Fitness comes from the desire to evolve into better humans, making our character become enduring, functional, and healthy.

The Dream to Grow

Exercise is often perceived as strict and painful, but the new wave of training programs seems to have missed the mark. Traditionally, moving our bodies should be a natural expression of freedom and wellness. Taking care of ourselves through movement is key, yet the current trends in fitness introduce notions of muscle tightening and unnecessary pain, detracting from the soulful experience of purposeful and pleasant body movement.

My goal is to redefine health through natural, enjoyable, and effective movement. The methods of fitness teaching will undergo transformation with a shared goal: nurturing your body and utilizing free-flowing movements to help you reach your maximum potential.
